Hi hope someone can help me...
I don't have a clue how to create "wrapped" textures like the shell of the example bicycle computer.
because if i split every side of an object to a texture it looks like cr...
As I can see in the resources there are jpg's the come from photos which suppose to be put on the surface in Max but how do i create textures like these? I'm using cinema 4d...

Well, I hope I got the question right, but...

I think you mean that, when you have a texture totally unwrapped (photo's from each side of the object), how do you get them at the right place at a 3d object, right?

Well, I don't know exactly how it's done in cinema 4d...But in 3dsmax it's done by the unwrap uvw modifier....
